Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Estimated delivery time is 7–12 business days after processing, shipping from our US fulfillment center. You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships. We currently ship within the United States only. Laystin is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier or customs. If your order hasn't arrived within 20 business days, contact us at support@laystin.com and we'll make it right.

Return & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Laystin gear. If you're not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, in original packaging. To start a return, email support@laystin.com with your order number. Once approved, we'll provide return instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of us receiving the returned item. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective. Sale items and used items are non-refundable.
